Welches Material für Sportbekleidung?

Suchst du nach der besten Sportbekleidung, spielt das Material eine entscheidende Rolle. Deshalb solltest du auf Kleidung zurückgreifen, die aus Funktionsstoffen wie Polyester oder Elasthan gefertigt wird. Diese transportieren Schweiß nach außen – und halten sowohl deine Haut als auch deine Kleidung trocken.

Wie sollte funktionale Sportbekleidung gewaschen werden?

Bevor du dich an das Waschen deiner Sportbekleidung machst, solltest du die Anweisungen auf dem Etikett berücksichtigen. Generell gilt: Unsere hochwertige Funktionskleidung kann problemlos bei etwa 30 °C und dem entsprechenden Schonwaschgang in der Waschmaschine gewaschen werden. Da Funktionsstoffe durchaus empfindlich sein können, solltest du sowohl auf die Hinzugabe von Weichspüler als auch auf das Trocknen im Wäschetrockner besser verzichten.

Welche Eigenschaften sollte Herren Sportbekleidung haben?

Beim Kauf von Sportbekleidung solltest du folgende Eigenschaften berücksichtigen: Passform: Die perfekte Passform ist beim Kauf von Funktionskleidung von enormer Bedeutung. Achte darauf, dass deine Kleidung an keiner Stelle zwickt oder in irgendeiner Weise deine Bewegungsfreiheit einschränkt. Elastizität: Wie elastisch die verwendeten Stoffe sind, hat einen entscheidenden Einfluss auf deine Bewegungsfreiheit. Hier gilt: Je enger die Kleidung sitzen soll, desto elastischer sollte auch die Stoff-Eigenschaft ausfallen. Atmung: Wer beim Training einen gewissen Ehrgeiz an den Tag legt, kommt auch gerne mal ins Schwitzen. Materialien, welche die Feuchtigkeit vom Körper nach außen leiten, können in diesem Fall Abhilfe schaffen.
