WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUR MARTINI-SPORTSWEAR ORDERS?

We want to make buying your favourite MARTINI Sportswear fast and easy, and accept the following payment options:

·         Apple Pay

·         PayPal

·         Klarna - Pay Now, Pay Later, Financing (delivery countries AT, DE, IT, FR, SP, CH, NL)

·         EPS (available only for orders with delivery address in Austria)

·         Twint (available only for orders with delivery address in Switzerland)

·         Ideal (available only for orders with delivery address in Netherlands)

 

WHEN WILL THE CHARGE FOR YOUR ORDER APPLY?

We´ll charge your payment when your order leaves our warehouse. If your order includes multiple shipments, you´ll see a charge for each item as it dispatches. Please note, we place an initial authorization for the amount fo the entire order at the time you place it - this however is a temporary hold on funds that will automatically drop off within a few days.

 

HOW WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?

All of our products are prepared and shipped out by the Martini Sportswear logistics center in Annaberg (Salzburg, Austria). Your order will be shipped out via Austrian Post.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?

Preparing your shipment usually takes between 1-2 working days. You will be notified per email as soon as your order dispatches. The email will include a tracking link.


HOW DO YOU GET FREE DELIVERY ON MARTINI-SPORTSWEAR ORDERS?

We currently ship to following destinations:

  • Italy
  • Switzerland
  • Slovakia
  • Czech Republic
  • France
  • Spain
  • Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Finland
  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg
  • Hungary

 

For orders over € 150,- or CHF 200,- shopping basket value, shipping is free of charge. Otherwise the following shipping costs (incl. VAT) will be charged per order:

  • Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary: EUR 5.00
  • Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands: EUR 8.00
  • Finland: EUR 9.00
  • Spain: EUR 12.00
  • Poland: EUR 6.00
  • Switzerland: CHF 10.00

 

If shipping costs apply they will be displayed in your shopping cart. Shipping costs will be charged together with the cost of your order at the time of payment. For the sake of the environment, shipping costs (for orders under EUR 150 / CHF 200) are also charged for complete returns.

For returns from Switzerland we charge CHF 12 by means of your credit note. Returns from all other delivery countries are free of charge.
