We’re out and about ourselves. Whether it’s a morning run before work or a ski tour at the weekend – we test our products where it really counts. That’s how we know exactly what functional sportswear needs to do: keep you dry when it rains. Keep you warm when it gets cold. And give you maximum freedom of movement when you’re going full throttle.

Our story

Then and now: Basecamp Annaberg

In 1958, Martin Hornegger Sr. set up a bespoke tailoring business specialising in sports trousers in Annaberg. Word of his commitment to quality spread quickly – all the way to the very top of the sporting world. In the 1960s, he produced ski suits for the Austrian national ski team. At a legendary ski jumping event in Bischofshofen, three Austrians wearing Hornegger suits took the top three places. The crowd celebrated with enthusiastic cries of “Martini, Martini!”. Our name was born.

The 1970s brought jet-set trousers. The 1990s brought new impetus: Lisa Moser-Hornegger and Martin Hornegger took over the family business and drove its expansion. From our focus on winter sports, we developed our summer range – hiking clothing, as well as clothing for cycling and trail running.

At the end of 2021, Lisa Moser-Hornegger took over sole management. Since 2024, our new office building with its own logistics centre stands in Annaberg. A symbol of progress and collaboration.
