With your access to our websites, information about the access (date, time, pageviewed, IP address) is stored as  logfiles on our server. We do this for the legitimate interest of monitoring technical operations, optimising our information and detecting attacks on our website. These data are evaluated by us exclusively for our own statistical purposes, in anonymous form.

The log files are deleted after three months.

Normally, no personal data is collected by us when you use our website. General Enquiries

The data of your request (name, contact details, content of the request, history of previous contacts with us), which you send via the contact form or us by e-mail, will be processed by us for customer service (pre-contractual measures) and for marketing purposes (legitimate interest in sending direct advertising by mail). Your data will be deleted by us 3 years after your last request, unless there are legal obligations to store the data.

Newsletter Subscription / Mailchimp

The newsletter will only be sent with your consent by entering your data and your e-mail address and clicking on the button "Sign Up" and clicking on the confirmation link in the confirmation e-mail automatically sent (double opt-in).

To withdraw your consent, each newsletter contains an option to unsubscribe. The withdrawal does not affect the legal basis valid until the withdrawal.

In addition to your e-mail address, we also process information about your usage behavior when reading the newsletter, e.g. which articles are read particularly often. We use this information to make our content more interesting and suitable for you.

Online Shop

The data you enter will be processed for the purpose of ordering and delivering products and services, carrying out sales activities, accounting or bookkeeping, customer service and sending direct marketing.

The processing takes place on the legal basis of a contract with customers or pre-contractual measures for interested parties as well as for the legitimate interest of Martini Sportswear GmbH for the sending of direct advertising.

Names and contact details, payment information, any agreements as well as the communication or order history are processed.

The provision of the aforementioned data is necessary for the business relationship, as contractual or legal obligations cannot otherwise be complied with.

The data will be stored for a period of three years from the last contact after expiry of the statutory retention obligations.

Payment service provider Mollie

For the processing of payments in our online shop, we work together with the payment service provider Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Netherlands). As part of your order processing and on the basis of the contract that arises when you conclude an order between you and Martini Sportswear GmbH, your contact and transaction data and technical telemetry data will be transmitted to Mollie. Your data will be passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider  Mollie and only to the extent that it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. Payment service provider PayPal

If you decide to pay with the online payment service provider PayPal during your order process, your data will be transmitted to PayPal as part of the order. In our admin interface From fraud0 we receive a classification for invalid and low quality traffic, no personal data. There is no transfer of data to third parties - except as otherwise stated in our data processing agreement with you. When invalid or low quality traffic is detected, we generate invalid audience lists using our tag manager to automatically de-targeted this traffic across all our major buying channels like GoogleAds, Facebook, DV360 etc. Data processing by fraud0 only continues until a classification  is done. 

Tracking across websites does not happen at any time. We process data by using the fraud0 bot detection service based on Art. 6 lit. f GDPR. It is in the interest of the website operator to classify the users of its website as valid or as invalid traffic. First and foremost, we are preventing fraud (recital 47 of the GDPR), but we can also correct the website statistics by removing invalid traffic shares from our statistics. This will allow us to use our online marketing budget more efficiently and therefore continue to provide our services (as usual/free of charge/at a reasonable price).
